Pinckney Attorney Named a Super Lawyer For Fifth Consecutive Year
James K. Fett of the Pinckney firm Fett & Fields, P.C. was named a "Michigan Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics Magazine. Fett was named a Super Lawyer in the plaintiff employment litigation category for the fifth year in a row.
Law & Politics Magazine names Michigan's top lawyers as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law and Politics. The 2010 Michigan Super Lawyers list is based on a survey of more than 30,000 attorneys across the state that have been in practice for five years or more. Only 5% of the state's attorneys are named "Super Lawyers."
Fett is well known for his trial victories against state and local employers for reverse discrimination as well as class action lawsuits, including a class action lawsuit against the Ford Motor Company that settled for $10.6 million.
