How do I find out if Fett & Fields, P.C. will represent me?

How long before I find out if Fett & Fields, P.C. will represent me?

Usually within 10-14 days.

How much is the attorney fee?

Although Fett & Fields, P.C. can be engaged on an hourly fee basis, most of our clients choose to hire us on a contingency basis. Usually, a contingency fee agreement sets our fee at 1/3 of your recovery. Other arrangements may be available as well.

Please note that the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct require that regardless of whether there is any recovery whatsoever in a case, by settlement or otherwise, clients are ultimately responsible for paying their own costs. Costs, which are different from attorney fees, include the cost of filing a complaint or motion with the court.

How do I get to Pinckney?

From 96, get off at Exit 141, D-19, and go towards Pinckney. When you hit M-36 (Main Street), approximately 10 miles, turn left. Approximately two streets down on your left will by Park Street. Make a left on Park and park in the first parking lot on the right.

From 23, exit at Exit 54 (if going South) or 54B. If you got off at 54, you will have to turn right onto M-36, if you got off on 54 B, you are already on M-36. Follow M-36 approximately 10 miles, watching for a jog in M-36 approximately 2 miles into your journey. After going through the light at Dexter-Pinckney Road, turn right at the first street, Park Street and park in the first parking lot on the right.

If coming from the Ann Arbor or Jackson Area, you can take 94 to Baker Road, Exit 167. Take Baker Road to Dexter, turn left. Dexter turns into Dexter-Pinckney after you turn right at the Island Lake Road light. Take Dexter-Pinckney to M-36, turn left. Turn right at the first street, Park Street and park in the first parking lot on the right.

Our office is the Blue House on Main Street, with parking on Park.
